Pentathlon Training Day at Leweston School 2 March 2025 

 All standards welcome from novice to experienced athletes, with all equipment supplied.

We will be coaching the following disciplines;:

 Group Fencing - Jon Mason

 Laser Run Philip - Hobbs

 OCR & Fitness - Scott Phillips

The training is open to all standards of athletes from 10yrs upwards from novice to Talent athletes, all equipment will be supplied, for those that do not have their own.

0915 Talk on upcoming events and Training and Development programme

0930-1110 Group 1 OCR, Group 2 Fence, Group 3 Laser Run (tennis courts)

1130-1310 Group 3 OCR, Group 1 Fence, Group 2 Laser Run (tennis courts)

1310-1340 Lunch Break bring packed lunch & drinks plus water bottle 

1340-1520 Group 2 OCR, Group 3 Fence, Group 1 Laser Run (tennis courts)

The cost for the training day will be £20 Leweston Pentathlon Academy club members, £25 non club members, if you only wish to do one or two activities the cost will be £10 per activity or £8 for club members, preference will be given to those that sign up for the full day, there are 36 places available for the training, which is open to all athletes that are interested in Pentathlon.
